California Bear Community Session
The California Dept of Fish & Wildlife has drafted a new Black Bear Conservation Plan, and they are seeking public input. As hunters and conservationists, we have an opportunity to seek additional information in this Plan, as well as to question some of the data or information in the Plan. Finally, and most importantly we have an opportunity to use the Black Bear Conservation Plan to create a long-term update to black bear conservation, success, and sustainable hunting opportunity.
Hunters who value wildlife in CA, balanced and thriving ecosystems, robust beer-deer-elk populations, and the opportunity to hunt these critters, are invited to join the call.
We will share details related to regulatory process and our vision for what bear hunting can look like in 12 to 36 months, and beyond. We will also share details about how our COMMUNITY can BEST steer outcomes proactively.
ZOOM LINK will be provided to guests who have provided an RSVP.
