MLAs Rustad, Bernier, Davies and Doerkson will be hosting  a virtual townhall on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 5:30-7:00pm PDT to discuss the government’s changes to hunting regulations.

We also have many questions as it relates to the bill and how the NDP plan to implement the changes. Sadly, the government leans towards secrecy and prefers to make final decisions behind closed doors without proper public consultation.

The questions you have raised around access and fairness will be something we directly address during bill debate and committee stage. Hopefully, we will be able to elicit answers from the NDP government to the many questions being raised.
